UPS/Fedex Economy

This is a cheaper but slower shipping option and you cannot track your order. So if it is important to track your order please choose one of the following shipping options.

UPS/Fedex Priority

Your order will be arriving a lot quicker with UPS/Fedex Post Priority shipping and you will receive a tracking number.

Availability and delivery

We normally dispatch orders on the same day, provided that the article can be shipped from our warehouse and the order is placed by 2 p.m. We will notify you if an article cannot be delivered for any reason. Please also note that many delivery companies and couriers do not deliver parcels on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipping costs

The costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination. The exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Missing orders

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, we understand your impatience, but will most probably ask you for just some more waiting time. With international shipping, parcels sometimes take a bit longer than expected although we didn’t change a thing about sending them out. If you are still missing your order please contact us and we will do our best to help you. If you ordered with “UPS/Fedex Priority” or “UPS/Fedex” shipping you can track your order with the link we have sent you in your shipping confirmation email.
