All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
1. Start a Return
Go to oxygenrage.com or My Account > Order History to initiate the return. Enter the order number and email address linked to your online order. Complete the steps online to answer your reason for return and if you want an Exchange or Refund.
2. Return Label
Download and print your FREE pre-paid return label from the confirmation page within the portal. You will receive a return initiated email to confirm your return has been initiated.
Affix the pre-paid label to the original package.
3. Get Your Return/Exchange ReadyÂ
Place new and unused items in the original package. Please do not combine separate orders into one package and in contrast, do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days.
4. Drop Off Your Package
Drop off your package at a nearby UPS location. Oxygen Rag is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 30 days from delivery.Â
ONLINE PROCESSING, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Refund to Original Form of Payment
Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received. You will be notified via email once processing has completed. If you requested a refund, we will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order). Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.Â
Exchanges
Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received. If you have requested an exchange, it will then be shipped to you with a new email for tracking. During the exchange process, you have the option for an instant exchange if you don’t want to wait for the return to be received. A hold for the amount of the new item will be placed on your credit card and the new order will be processed immediately. As soon as your return is dropped off at the carrier, the hold will be released. You will have 21 days to ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 21 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of the item(s).
Shop Now Return Credit
During the exchange process, you will have the option to pick a different size or shop for a completely different option on oxygenrag.com. You will also have the option for an instant exchange if you don’t want to wait for the return to be received. A hold for the amount of the new item(s) will be placed on your credit card and the new order will be processed immediately. As soon as your return is dropped off at the carrier, the hold will be released. You will have 21 days to ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 21 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of the item(s).

GIFT CARD RETURNS
Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Select bodysuits, underwear, or items marked “Final Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. Oxygenrag does not accept returns for any items from third-party retailers.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE (IN THE U.S.)?
You may return full price merchandise purchased in-store to any Oxygen Rag store for an exchange or full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase. For cash transactions, any returns that meet the policy criteria can be credited to a gift card. You may also return or exchange full price merchandise for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment method.
CAN I BUY IN-STORE & RETURN ONLINE (IN THE U.S.)?
For U.S. purchases, you can shop in-store and try at home! Send back anything you don’t 100% love by starting your return in our returns portal Make sure to provide your email when checking out in-store! All other rules of the Return Policy apply.
Buy in store and return online is currently not available for purchases made outside of the U.S.
DOES OXYGEN RAG OFFER PRICE MATCHING?
We currently do not offer price-matching.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER? (IN THE U.S.)
U.S. orders can be exchanged online or in-store within 30 days of delivery. Please follow the steps above for how to start a U.S. based exchange from the returns portal.

HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?
We are happy to return gifted items purchased online for store credit. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original tags attached. Please reach out to customer service with the Order Number of the original purchaser if you’d like to initiate a return.
